Spring recital signups:
All students have the opportunity to perform in a recital at the Lawrence Arts Center, May 19th-22nd. An email will come out in the second week of April with a list of practice/recital times for your teacher, and that email will include instructions for how to sign up on MyMusicStaff. Check your email and read the full newsletter for practice recital dates.
If you’re not doing recitals:
Students playing in recitals do not have lessons the week of May 19; however, if a private student chooses to not participate in recitals, they will have a regular lesson that week.
Summer enrollment:
We will also email information about summer & fall enrollment later this month. We teach private lessons and week-long beginner workshops. If you have questions about the summer schedule, please feel welcome to reach out.
How you can help us:
Finally: the pandemic reduced our enrollment & retention, as it did to many other extracurriculars nationwide. Word of mouth is one of the most effective tools we have for reaching new families, and there are a couple ways you can help. First, and most easily: give us a follow on Facebook & Instagram, and like/share posts from us as they come across your feed. Second, with a little more commitment: when people ask you about piano lessons, send them our way. Read the full newsletter in your inbox for more details on referral credits.
