Summer Lesson Information

This summer Lawrence Piano Studio will offer week-long Beginning Piano workshops (call for exact
times), and private lessons.  Lessons begin the week of June 2nd and end the week of July 28th (some
teachers may teach in August). We will try to schedule lessons from 9 am to 5 pm, M-F, however
evening and weekend lessons will be available.

    Group lessons:
We will not be offering group lessons this summer. All students in group lessons are welcome to sign-up
for private lessons with either myself or one of my teachers.
We will resume group lessons in September when the school year begins.

    Private lessons:
Summer private lessons allow a teacher to work on specific pieces with a student and address certain
difficulties a student may have in their study of piano. I will teach private lessons during the day this
summer as my schedule allows.  David, Jen, Laura Gibson, Bryce, Erin, Kristen, Elizabeth and John will
    also teach private lessons.

Lessons will be scheduled for 9 weeks June 1st - July 31st.
Summer lesson fees: Eric-$22.50 per lesson, Jen-$20.50 per lesson
$18.50 per lesson, all other teachers
You will be billed only for the number of lessons you attend during the summer.

    5. Beginning improvisation.
    6. Individual instruction at a piano at each lesson.
    Class Information:
    1. Class size 4-5 students.
    2. Class meets 1 hour everyday for a week. (M-F 1-2 PM)

    4. Class cost: $50.00.
    5. Ages: Grades 1-6.
    6. Additional summer lessons may be scheduled for the remainder of the summer.

I have found this class to be a great introduction to piano for many students. Taking piano in the
summer allows a student extra time to explore their musical interests without all the distractions of the
    school year.
